Campaign for Fair Food Drawing Contest Curricula and Resources

The Coalition of Immokalee Workers has announced the first-ever Campaign for Fair Food drawing contest! Children are invited to use their imagination to draw what “Fair Food” means to them or show how they can work together with farmworkers to make a fairer world for the people who pick our fruits and vegetables. Below are curriculum ideas for multiple age groups as well as other resources for involving students in learning about farmworkers and participating in the drawing contest.

Winners' drawings will be featured on the front of new Campaign for Fair Food postcards, which will be distributed around the country! Submissions will be accepted from now until April 1, 2010.
